In order to benefit from the special congress rates, please send the Registration & Accommodation form with the required deposit (full nights requested) by fax or mail at your earliest convenience.
We strongly advise all participants to reserve their hotel accommodation as soon as possible. MCA Events will not be able to guarantee rooms after September 20, 2008.
Each participant will receive an individual confirmation, indicating the name and address of the hotel. Hotel reservations will be confirmed only after receiving the full amount of the booked nights payable by credit card, cheque or bank transfer.
Late arrival /Early Departure Fee
If you arrive later or leave earlier than on the dates of your confirmed booking, the total accommodation amount will be charged and no refunds will be made.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Faxed, emailed or post-marked:
Cancellation received until June 10, 2008 – full refund will be made less €50 bank charges.
Cancellation received from August 31 – no refund given.
